Acting on behalf of the client USS, the team are pleased to have let another unit on Twelvetrees Cresent in Bow. Unit 2 was agreed to the tenant Club Mexicana, a Mexican street food restaurateur.

USS owned Twelvetrees Crescent is located in a prime East London location and will help Club Mexicana to service their inner London restaurants. The space will also act as a head office to the wider team as well as a development area for their new and existing concepts.
