Acting on behalf of the client Mileway, the team are pleased to have disposed of unit 10A Cullen Way in Park Royal. The unit was let to a clothing business at the start of the year and will be used for the design, manufacturing and storage of their new clothing ranges.

The instruction includes the ongoing disposal of the wider Park Royal Works building where Henry and the team have built a successful track record across.

Our agency involvement in Park Royal continues to grow with a spate of successful lettings agreed over the last 12 months.
