Retail team appointed by CBRE IM as joint leasing and lease advisory agents on Bow Lane Estate

Our retail team are pleased to have been appointed by CBRE Investment Management as joint leasing and lease advisory agents on the Bow Lane Estate.

The Estate will comprise c.20 retail and leisure assets in the City of London. Retailers include Paul Smith, Loake, Cheaney Shoes, Paul Boulangerie, Pret A Manger; restaurants include Taberna Etrusca, Bow Lane Wine Vaults and Merchant House of Bow Lane.
