We are pleased to have advised Victoria Taylor London on the acquisition of 231 The Vale, Acton, a former Kwik Fit garage from Stonegate Homes.

The site totals 0.45 acres and has planning permission for 64 residential units across a part 6 storey, and part 8 storey building. The development will provide c. 14,580 sq ft of commercial floorspace (B1c/B2/B8). 

On completion, the residential units will benefit from views over Acton Park. The site is excellently located in this exciting part of west London, which will benefit from the delivery of both Crossrail and HS2.
