78-110 Rochester Row, marketed by Levy Real Estate, is to become the new home of Prospect Union, the UK’s largest union representing professional engineers.

The building consisted of 17,500 sq ft NIA office space and has consent to extend by a further 9,000 sq ft. Levy Real Estate sold the freehold on behalf of a private South African investor to Prospect Union in June 2022.
