Prime St James’s scheme now fully let

Advised by Levy Real Estate, The Crown Estate has now fully let its mixed-use development at 25 Bury Street in London’s St James’s.

The building provides a total of 10,000 sq ft of high quality offices while the ground floor space has been let to the internationally renowned art gallery, Colnaghi.

The office space has been let to occupiers including Key Square Capital Management, Asset Value Investors, Palace Capital, Tronox and Vanke UK on a mixture of 10 and 5-year leases at rents of between £97.50-£115 per sq ft.
