Levy Real Estate has been instructed to market the lease on a prime shop on the London’s Brompton Road opposite the iconic Harrods department store.
The store at 102A Brompton Road provides 3,910 sq ft on the ground floor and is available through an assignment of the existing lease which expires in June 2028. There are upward only rent reviews in June 2018 and June 2023.
