We are pleased to have acquired 18,000 sq ft at Ilona Rose House, a new build, mixed-use office-led development by Soho Estates on behalf of Planet Payment.

Planet Payment, a global technology leader providing integrated software and payment services, will occupy the 4th floor in the pale-pink cladded property on Charing Cross Road, as its new London Headquarters.

The building contains high-quality office space, retail, restaurants, art gallery/art education use, a nightclub and eight apartments. The scheme consists of basements, ground floor and part eight upper storeys, plus rooftop plant, with frontages to Charing Cross Road and Manette Street.
