Acquisition of Prime East London Industrial Estate, Pirin Court

The team are pleased to have completed the off-market acquisition of Pirin Court, Canning Town for the client Valor Real Estate Partners.

The four unit multi let industrial estate was fully let to three tenants and benefits from fixed rental increases over an 18 month period. There is also mid term potential to redevelop and intensify the site.

The off-market acquisition further strengthens our involvement in the East London area and makes us well placed to transact on similar assets, whether on a investment, development or agency basis.
