Levy Real Estate are pleased to have successfully completed the sale of A&A Self Storage to Shurgard Self Storage.

London-based self-storage portfolio totaled in excess of 120,000 sq ft, including three freehold units and one leasehold unit located in Kings Cross, Kentish Town, Watford and Camden. 

Simon Higgins, Managing Director, who led the sale on behalf of A&A comments: ‘’the sector continues to perform well and the sale demonstrates that self-storage businesses which offer good operational platforms in well-established locations attract considerable investor interest.

A&A Self Storage was founded in 1995 by Susie Fabre.

Shurgard Self Storage is the largest provider of self-storage in Europe. The company currently owns and/or operates 249 self-storage centres and approximately 1.2 million net rentable square metres in seven countries.
