Levy Real Estate, has appointed Ian Golbourn as a Partner in its Building Consultancy and Project Management team.

Previously a Director in the Building Surveying team at Colliers International, he has more than 14 years’ experience of undertaking the full spectrum of Building Surveying services.

Levy Real Estate Head of Building Consultancy and Project Management Department, David Apthrop, commented: “Building Consultancy is a key aspect of the services that we provide across both the commercial and residential property sectors. Ian is a hugely experienced professional and we are delighted that he has joined us”.

Ian Golbourn specialises in providing due diligence consultancy to a wide range of investors, funds and property companies for all property types. The many instructions he has worked on include giving due diligence advice on the £1bn purchase of the UBS London headquarters at 5 Broadgate.

Ian comments: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Project Management & Building Consultancy team at Levy Real Estate. My main focus will be driving forward our professional consultancy offering; particularly with regard to due diligence building survey work which I specialise in.
