Lease advisory specialist joins Levy Real Estate

Raik Beyoglu has joined the Lease Advisory team at Levy Real Estate as an Associate Partner.

Formerly with Avison Young, he has extensive experience of advising both landlord and occupier clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, surrenders and other asset management opportunities.

Commenting on his appointment, Rob Smith – the firm’s Head of Lease Advisory – said: “Raik’s main experience has been in the industrial and office sectors which are key for Levy’s Agency, Investment and Development teams.

“Accordingly, his expertise will further strengthen our service capability in these markets.”
