The industrial team are thrilled to have been instructed by GLP on their brand new industrial development in Park Royal, London. The agency instruction follows on from Jeremy Grundy’s development advice to GLP when acquiring the site in 2022.

GLP will develop the 111,500 Sq. Ft. unit with best in class ESG features and will provide London’s premier industrial location with much needed quality stock. The unit will be situated on Waxlow Road and will benefit from excellent road connectivity to the M1, M4 and M25 networks.
