Timber Mill Way, Clapham SW4 -59,713 sq ft on 2.6 acre site acquired from A E Chapman and Sons Ltd and Grafton Group UK PLC

The Highway Business Park and Trading Estate, Wapping E1 -52,883 sq. ft comprising 25 units on 2.63 acres acquired from Workspace and Canada Life
