Advised by Levy Real Estate, the Thackeray Estate has sold a multi-let office building, in Hanwell to Topland Group for £3.7m.

Ironbridge House comprises 21,000 sq ft of space and is let at average rents of £10-15 per sq ft. Levy’s Simon Higgins comments: “The property is close to the new Crossrail station and provides a range of asset management opportunities”.
