Levy Real Estate on behalf of Savills Investment Management and First Base have disposed of the former Haslemere Industrial Estate in Earlsfield.

The 1.83-acre site has planning consent for 129 residential units and 12,800 sq ft of commercial space and fronts onto the River Wandle. The site has been acquired by Dominus Advisory, who will develop out the consented scheme.
