The portfolio, comprising ten stores and spanning 185,000 sq. ft, also includes three additional development sites, making this acquisition a significant expansion for Spectrum Storage Group.

MyLockUp.com was the largest independent self-storage company in the North East, and this acquisition propels Spectrum Storage Group into the position of the UK’s seventh-largest self-storage group.
