Alan Herbert Joins Levy Real Estate as new Head of Management

Alan Herbert has joined the team to head up Levy Asset Management. Alan joins from Columbia Threadneedle Investments where he led the business space property management team for 7 years following spells at GVA UK and Lee Baron Group.

Managing Partner, Simon Higgins commented ‘’Alan has joined us to build on our existing commercial and residential mandates. The market has seen much consolidation in recent years and we see a real opportunity to offer clients a more bespoke and personal touch as opposed to being lost in one of the big service providers’. Aside from a very hands on management and facilities team we also have in house accountants working alongside them.”
