Acquisition of landmark 40 Strand completes

We are pleased to have completed on the acquisition of 40 Strand, London, WC2 on behalf of Sinarmas Land for £195 Million.

The headquarters building forms part of a freehold island site comprising 141,000 sq ft of offices and retail and located next to Charing Cross Station and surrounded by several of London’s landmarks.
