We are very pleased to have acquired three further units for Garden Campus Limited (GCL) in Park Royal from Blackrock UK Property Fund.
Following the leasehold acquisition of Rock & Roll in December 2020, the three additional units are opposite and adjacent to the existing complex adding to the Garden Studios innovative and creative production hub.
Unit 1 (6,942 sq ft) and Unit 16 (9,462 sq ft) Townsend Industrial Estate. Both acquired with 15 year leases at £18 per sq ft
2A/2B (Lock & Key) Waxlow Road, are two units on a 3 acre self-contained site totalling 69,887 sq ft GEA, acquired on a year 15 year FRI lease at headline rent of £17 per sq ft.
