Levy appoints new head of Professional Services

Levy Real Estate has appointed Rob Smith as Head of Professional Services.

He formerly co-led the London Lease Advisory team at Avison Young, and has extensive experience of advising landlord and occupier clients with a particular focus on the Office and Industrial sectors.

“Rob is taking over from Paul Krendel who has led the team for more than 35 years and who – I’m delighted to report – will continue as a consultant to the business.

“Together with Lease Advisory Partner, John Carter, and Maggie Stobo – who joined us earlier this year to focus on Retail Lease Advisory consultancy – this gives us one of the strongest teams that encompasses these key London sectors.”
