Levy’s Office Agency team has completed the letting of the five office floors at 17 Albemarle Street in London’s Mayfair.

The final lettings saw Apeiron Capital take the fifth floor while Atlantide signed for the first floor.

Levy’s James Elliott comments: “The building offers more than 4,000 sq ft of high quality contemporary space and it attracted an exciting and diverse mix of occupiers at rents of around £86 per sq ft”.
