I’m an Equity Partner at Levy Real Estate and Head of the firm’s Retail Leasing and Capital Markets team.

We specialise in finding the best brands and operators for shop, restaurant bar, gym and cafes across Central London to enable landlord’s to maximise the value to their holdings. Key instructions include the purchase and subsequent asset management of 40 Strand for £195 Million, the leasing and asset management of the Queensway Estate on behalf of Bourne Capital and Leadenhall Market on behalf of the Corporation of London.

We have a particular specialism in the St James’s, Mayfair, Soho and West London markets, and our client base encompasses landlords who own a wide range of property across the capital.

Away from the office I like to ski, play tennis and run the dogs on the weekend.

I’m a Partner in the retail team focussing on the Central London retail and restaurant sectors.

I advise a range of clients on lease advisory, restructuring and leasing matters. Particular specialisms include providing strategic advice to clients on multi-unit estates or schemes to enhance value, securing vacant possession prior to redevelopment and acting as Expert Witness in high profile third party disputes. I work closely with the leasing team sourcing new brands and operators and am an expert on traditional and turnover leases. Over the last 18 months I’ve helped clients navigate their way through the coronavirus pandemic, restructuring c 40 retail and restaurant leases at Leadenhall Market to turnover arrangements and agreeing numerous COVID assistance packages to ensure retailers and restauranteurs receive much needed assistance and landlords keep units occupied and activated.

Outside of work I coach kids rugby at the weekend and enjoy spending time with my fiancé and two year old son. I played for the Honourable Artillery Company rugby club for many years and was a keen runner but have reluctantly had to shift my focus onto cycling and golf after sustaining a knee injury.

I am a consultant at Levy Real Estate, having previously been a partner of the firm for many years.

I provide strategic advice to clients on a wide range of issues, particularly central London retail and restaurants, where I work closely with the Retail team, mainly dealing on the lease advisory side.

I am recognised as a Bond Street specialist, with clients who I have worked with including Victoria’s Secret, Canali, Galerie Bartoux, Richard Green, Mulberry and SJ Phillips, as well as private clients and Trusts.

I am a registered Valuer and a Trustee of The St James’s Conservation Trust, also being Chairman of The St James’s Neighbourhood Planning Forum.

Outside the office, I am a keen fly fisherman, enjoy playing tennis, and compete nationally at Masters swimming.

I am a Senior Surveyor in the Retail Team, covering property disposals, acquisitions, capital market transactions and lease advisory. I act for several high-profile landlords across London, including Leadenhall Market for The City Corporation, Kings Road and Fulham Road for Sloane Stanley Estates, Queensway for Bourne Capital, Villiers Street for DTZ Investors and King Street in Twickenham for Essential Living. I also advise Bellway Homes on their commercial portfolio across Greater London.

Outside of the office I love to travel, and I have had memorable trips to India, Australia and New Zealand.

I am a Surveyor operating in both Levy’s Office and Retail teams. My role within these teams consists of leasing disposals and acquisitions, capital market transactions and lease advisory. I currently help each team act for several high-profile Landlords across London, including The City Corporation, Essential Living, The Crown Estate as well as numerous private landlords.

I joined Levy in November 2023 after graduating from the Reading University Real Estate masters programme with distinction. Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Nottingham where I graduated with a 2.1 in Law.

Outside of work, I am an avid football fan and still play 2-3 times a week. I also love to travel and have recently completed a 4 month trip where I visited Mexico, Guatemala, Peru and Colombia.

I work as an Operations Associate at Levy Real Estate, where my responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks related to the general operations of Levy Real Estate. These tasks include event planning, marketing production, client coordination, and the overall smooth running of our office.

In my role, I provide crucial support to various stakeholders, including the Managing Partner, Equity Partners, and multiple teams, such as Retail, Industrial, Office, Capital Markets, and Lease Advisory. My primary objective is to ensure the seamless functioning of our operations to facilitate the delivery of exceptional work.

I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact and am constantly on the lookout for opportunities to assist the team, whether it involves organising client meetings or lending a helping hand with marketing campaigns.

I have also spearheaded the introduction of an in-house marketing production service, ensuring a streamlined and efficient experience for our clients. This approach allows us to offer a comprehensive, one-stop-shop service from the initial instruction to project completion, which means that a property can be on the market as soon as possible.

Outside of my professional life, you'll often find me enjoying a drink with friends at the local pub, exploring shops, or chewing someone's ear off about the latest podcasts I've been listening to.
