Levy Complete Project Sahara Sale.

The Levy Real Estate self-storage team have completed the sale of a three store portfolio to Kangaroo Self Storage. This is Kangaroo’s first acquisition since being recapitilised by the American Self Storage investor SROA Capital.

Based across the Midlands, the business will be incorporated into the wider Kangaroo Self Storage portfolio with a total of 87,029 sq. ft MLA.

The owners had created a highly successful business serving their respective catchments.

It was a pleasure to work on this sale adding further to the teams extensive track record and market presence.
