Levy Complete MyStore Self Storage Sale

We are pleased to announce that the Levy Real Estate self-storage team have completed the sale of MyStore Self Storage Limited to UK Storage Company, a JV between Davidson Kempner Capital Management and PITHOS CAPITAL.

Based in Witney, Oxfordshire the MyStore business will be incorporated into the wider UK Storage Company portfolio with a total of 54,772 sq. ft MLA of which 19,000 sq. ft is recently fitted out space immediately available for fill up.

The founders had created a highly successful business serving the affluent Cotswolds community and it was a pleasure to work on this sale adding further to the teams extensive track record and market presence.
