Levy Real Estate is proud to announce the successful completion of the UK’s first healthcare facility within a retail environment at the iconic Battersea Power Station.

As the project managers, we are thrilled to have played a pivotal role in delivering this groundbreaking 8,000 sq ft private healthcare destination. This innovative development involved the seamless integration of two adjacent units within the historic Grade II* listed site, resulting in a state-of-the-art medical centre that is set to redefine healthcare access in London.

Working in collaboration with London International Patient Services (LIPS), Marek Wojciechowski Architects, Hoare Lea, and Overbury, our team ensured that the facility meets the highest standards of quality and care. The new centre is not only a testament to exceptional design and construction but also a key addition to the social infrastructure stemming from the regeneration of Nine Elms.

The medical centre offers a wide range of clinical and diagnostic services, including a boutique pharmacy, general consulting rooms, and dedicated imaging suites, providing both existing and new communities with convenient access to top-tier, personalized healthcare.
