Levy Real Estate acted on the disposal of One Bessborough Gardens, SW1, to Firethorn Trust.

This off-market deal marks Firethorn’s second acquisition for their living platform and their first residential asset in London.

This 70,000 sq ft former office building in the City of Westminster will be transformed into a modern residential development featuring approximately 60 apartments, with completion expected in 2026.

Matt Sharman and Harry Cormack represented Charles Street Buildings in this milestone transaction.
