The Self Storage Team have completed the sale of a trading store in Sidcup, South East London to Padlock Capital Partners UK Fund.

On behalf of the shareholders, the team have successfully completed on the sale of this prominent and well established store fronting Edgington Way, Sidcup.

The 38,000 Sq. Ft. (MLA) store will be operated by Cinch Self Storage.
