French luxury fashion label Jacquemus will open its first UK headquarters in New Bond Street.

Jacquemus have acquired the entire premises at 33 New Bond Street (totalling 6,278 sq ft over ground to fourth floors).

The property is located on the world-renowned street with occupiers Fendi, Balenciaga and Sotheby’s moments away. Gucci will open their new flagship store opposite in summer 2024.

Levy Real Estate and NCM Projects Ltd acted for a private landlord to lease the property.
