Dorchester Services occupy the 3rd and part ground floor totaling 26,600 sq ff.

1 Knightsbridge has undergone significant refurbishment to deliver best in class office space, whilst keeping ESG and wellness at the core of the building. Highlights include BREEAM ‘Excellent’, a 100% electric building and enhanced air filtration and CO2 monitoring and control, as well as an EPC rating of ‘A’. The reception has been reconfigured by March & White to provide a hotel style club lounge space which all occupiers will benefit from.
