Acting on behalf of Capital Industrial LLP we have acquired 3,000 sq ft of new office space on Savile Row from The Pollen Estate.

This deal forms part of a wider project with Capital Industrial where we have successfully disposed of their current office on Curzon St, and secured a new larger Mayfair HQ to account their ongoing success and business expansion.
