Acting on behalf of Easistore, Levy Real Estate’s specialist Self Storage team are pleased to announce the sale of a 240,000 Sq. Ft. (MLA) portfolio located in Crawley, Edenbridge, Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells.

The platform is Nuveen’s first acquisition as part of their pan-European diversified value-add strategy and have entered into a UK partnership with Storage King who will manage the stores on their behalf.

The landmark transaction confirms Levy Real Estate as one of the sectors leading firms providing independent advice to both operators and investors on the buy and sell side as well as assisting with expansion programmes across the UK.
